Mai Li you did such a great job. I love it.
Mai Li: Thanks Vea. I finally get
to show more skills. Is this straight?
Veronica: Perfect. So, tell me what
you have done to the place.
Mai Li: Ok, I first applied wallpaper
and trim. Then I hand painted the walls using sponge technique. I made the
window myself. It is sort of Country-Asian. HeeHee! I always like
to have something Asian in my work. The faux fireplace is decoupage
stonelook. I added the two shelves for them to display things.
The owner will do their own floor.
Veronica: I am so proud of you. I always
love your work.

Yu: Mai Li here is

Mai Li: Thanks Hon. You have been
such big help. I'm going to leave these for the owner to put up.
Yu: Good idea. You have made a
beautiful room. Perfect, just like you.
Mai Li: Thank you Yu. That
is so sweet. I love you.
Yu: I love you too Mai.
I can't wait for our wedding so you can design our place.
Mai Li: I know. Me too.

more skills if you would finish my beauty shop.
Mai Li: I could, couldn't I? Ha!
But I just did your shop when you moved.
Veronica: I know, but I want to change
it. Ooh, and I would love to have this same piece.
Mai Li: No way, that is
a one-of-a-kind. We'll have to design something for your and Papoose's
new shop. I want to find something Mexican/Native American.
Veronica: HeeHee! Oh, and don't
forget about Jass.
Mai Li: Oh my yes. How about a guy in
skintight gold embroidered bullfighter pants. A huge Chief's feathered
headress and raffia armcuffs with a spear and shield? Shirtless,
of course. Ooh ooh, it's getting hot in here. (fanning herself)
Veronica: Aaaaaaaaah!!!! Girl
you are to much. Oh, don't forget your Asian touch.
Yu: You girls are nuts.
I'll be her Asian touch and model for the portrait.
Just add a couple of Asian tatoos to my chest.
Mai Li: Oh I don't think so
Sweetie.
